General Design

Type: Integrally geared, single stage centrifugal turbocompressor
Series: GTH Series (heavy duty line with Next Turbo portfolio)
Drive Power Range: Up to 1.2 MW (higher than GTB series, which is up to 500kW)
Construction: robust design for largescale industrial and municipal applications
Cooling: Integrated oil distribution system with reduced lubrication reservoir

Efficiency: High efficiency achieved through variable diffuser vanes and/or inlet guide vane control
Turndown Capability: Wide turndown range for flexible operation under varying load conditions
Energy Consumption: Optimized low energy usage due to compact gearbox and minimized oil requirements
Noise & Vibration Low vibration and noise levels thanks to advanced bearing and frame design

Bearings: Hydrodynamic housed hybrid ceramic bearings for durability and stability
Lubrication: Integrated oil distribution system eliminates need for pre-lubrication pump
Control System: Superior 2 point control for efficiency management
Installation Options:
- Baseframe configuration with foot mounted motor electrical drive motor
- Console configuration with flange mounted motor and self aligning flexible coupling.
Package Types: Available in modular enclosures for large scale installation
