Description
General Design
- Technology: Dry screw vacuum pumps(no oil in compression chamber)
- Operation: Contact-free compression -> no process contamination
- Cooling: Water or air-cooled depending on model
- Lubrication: Gearbox and mechanical seals are oil-lubricated, but compression chamber is dry.
- Construction: Rugged design with low rotation speed -> reduced noise and vibration.

- Vacuum Range: Deep vacuum capability down to 0.02-0.075 Torr (depending on series)

- IDS Series: Industrial dry screw pumps, wide performance range
- VSI Series: Compact screw pump s, capacities ~70-500 m³/h.
- VS Series: General industrial screw pumps, capacities up to ~1,000 m³/h
- VSB Series: Laboratory/chemical screw pumps, max flow ~106 CFM (~180m³/h)
- Tolerance: High vapor and liquid tolerance, suitable for humid or contaminated gases.
